Alan K is a Swiss DJ born in 1992, living in Berlin. Since 2010 he started to play in several bars, clubs and public events across Switzerland, Thailand, Italy, London and Berlin. The word KOH means Island in the Thai language and was selected due to his main inspiration from the island of Koh Phangan. Thanks to his father sound engineer and globetrotter, music and travel were always around his life. At the age of 10, he created his first compilation using an old analogue CD recorder, while at 17 he started to discover the Club scene and fell in love immediately with the Berlin underground club culture. His music selection can range from Downtempo to Progressive Techno according to the flow and a finest sound selection that try to recreate a trip across parallel mind dimensions and ethnic world cultures
